I agree with Jaran - you should really move down in limits for a while until you can start applying SSH. There's no shame in that.

Also, you're missing out on free money by not attempting to steal blinds.

As others have said, you're playing way too loosely. That explains why your Won$SD figure is lower than usual. Your completed from the SB is over 60%! That's insane.

What is a good range for W$SD at 1/2 Full? (Mine's 49.8 and I'm making 2.8BB/100. Some big differences between me and the OP though are my AF is 1.78 and Att. to Steal Blinds is 37.7 (My sample size is small: 4k hands.))

What is a good range for completing from the SB? (Mine's 41.3%.)

(BTW, my VPIP is a bit higher than the OP's at 28, but my pfr is 13.8)

Your Won$SD should be between about 52% - 58% ideally. Your completed from the SB should be about 35%, although 40% isn't too bad.

I think 28% VPIP is really too high to maximise your profits, although you seem to be doing well inspite of this. This probably means you're able to play these weaker hands well enough postflop that they don't impact your winrate too much, but I doubt that these extra hands you play are actually all that profitable in the long run. Still, it looks like it's working for you.

Hi Dave,

Does the ideal expected W$SD range vary for different limits? I thought the ideal W$SD range was a touch lower than that, perhaps 50%-52%. I could be off base here, though.
