its not the 19% that dictates it for me, its the 13%pfr...

13 raises UTG i 3bet AJs from anywhere. he has to be in the CO for me to 3bet w/ AJo.

I don't understand this at all. How can being suited make this big a difference for 3betting to isolate a loosish raiser? I think 3betting an UTG raise with AJs, especially if you're not already in LP yourself, is probably trouble and that you can 3bet a raise from 2, maybe 3 off the button with AJo (against the 19/13 guy).
