Call the 3-bet, Check/Call the turn, and fold the river UI

thxs i will fold hands similar to this in future preflop against tags. i raised on the flop to find out where im at. i should have c/f turn UI. i felt if i just called the bb bet on the flop that the button would raise. so the plan was to raise and see fi he 3 bets, but i didnt stick to the plan lol

This sentence scares me. It wreaks of Hellmuth's "Poker Like the Pros" and will get you creamed if you do this too often. The "information" you get when you raise the flop is often misleading and not worth the expense. Raise on the flop to protect your hand, buy a free card or build a nice pot when you have a large equity edge. Raising to find out where you're at is usually a mistake.

I don't understand why you would raise the flop. I'd call.

I agree with the others that this is a fold preflop when it comes back to you capped.

The way it played out you have to call the flop 3-bet and probably call the turn bet as well since you're almost always drawing live and usually have 5 outs.
