Hey guys, you do realize anger is an essential emotion, i get very pissed when donks beat me, $1100 satellite my AA vs his JT all in preflop why shouldnt i get pissed at that, its a load of crap, what you need to do is release the anger properly, otherwise you end up like all those cranky people in the world.

Important things when releasing anger-

Dont cause more harm to yourself
Dont cause harm to anyone else
Make sure you dont make yourself more upset
Control your release

One day bad beats wont affect you, but until then your like me, Release, forget, continue.
