That's a tough hand to lay down, if he has a full house then he played it funny. If he had a set or 2 pair on the flop you would expect him to raise and protect it with 2 hearts on the board. If he had pocket 5's he made a pretty loose call on the flop. I wouldn't lay it down unless I had a solid read that told me he had to have a full house.
