If it is possible to go trough 20K+ hands of breakeven play, then when is it the right time to accept that you weren't good enough for a paticular level.

This could be a good question for all newbs like myself to have some sort of guideline when to step down.

-300BB / 50Khands and still in red...?

those of you who are more experienced could maybe give it a thought or two on when you think it is time to step down.

If I just moved up and hit a 125BB downswing I'd drop back down to recoup. It's too hard to tell if its just the cards or not at a new level.

Otherwise I'd personally drop down a level if my bankroll is reduced to 300BB for the lower level. No point in going broke.

I just know of players in 30/60 terrotory and higher who've experienced as much. That's LHE for you.
