Same halftime play as Game 1:

1st half Det ML +180 AND SA lead by 1-10 pts +110

Play 3-5 units on each side, shaded for an equal win, or a free play on either Det or SA. I played Game 1 for the win on Det and got it. Realized it's +EV either way, so I'm gonna just forget about which side wins, and take a small profit either way this time.

For example, $120 on SA 1-10 and $90 on Det +180 nets you $42 either way. Yes, that's a net -500 play, which is horrible. But I realized that in case of a tie, the Det ML is a push, so would only lose the SA side, which hedges things a little. And a first half blowout by 11+ is pretty difficult in the finals. One of my earlier props was SA 1st Q anyway, so I'm slightly hedged for a SA blowout anyway.

Pre-emptive answers to the questions this post may bring up.

Yes, I am going a little crazy.
No, I do not expect anyone to follow me.
Yes, I sure am having fun, though.

---------

The other Rip under lines are up also:

3* Ginobili -1.5 over Rip -115
2* Billups +1.5 over Rip -150

Like I said in an earlier post, I'm just gonna have fun taking shots on any +EV play I can find, no matter how slim the edge is. Which will now result in a ton of tiny player/team props with small edges. Here goes:

(All on Pinnacle)
1* Spurs more offensive rebs pk -110
1* Pistons +2 Asts -125
1* Over 34.5 total Asts -107
1* Pistons -1 Stls -125
1* Over 13.5 total Stls -108
1* Det +0.5 blks -130
1* Over 26 total TO's -111
1* Duncan Under 2.5 Blks +100
1* B. Wallace Over 3.5 Blks+Stls +110
1* Rasheed Player Performance Over 33 -108

Hey. I am glad you are posting this stuff. I bet sports purely for entertainment, and I like these sucker props to keep it interesting.

I have to watch the series, anyway because I have a future beton San Antonio at +250.

Good luck ... I sincerely mean it because I followed you on about 10 plays.

Default Man, the Spurs are strong!

To see a team play this kind of help defense combined with tight offensive sets that allow them to get a good look every trip is really something else. They are like a well drilled college team, only bigger and more skilled. If the refs continue to give them the benefit of the doubt like they have in games 1 and 2, they will sweep. Watch for the Pistons to start really griping hard about the officiating so that the calls go their way in game 3.

Det is almost in a must-win for this game. If they lose, it's over. Home team has too big an advantage in the finals due to 2-3-2 format. Teams almost never win all 3 at home (didn't check, it's possible no team ever has).

[/ QUOTE ]

You apparently did not check...because a team has won all three at home. In fact, it happened last year.

Name that team.
