Seems reasonable to me. That 2200 allows you three 25 big bet shots. Don't blow it all at once. You have three shots with that roll. Good luck.

How do you work out playing 15-30 I would have 25 big bet shots with $2200 bank roll?

anyway I played $15-$30 on party for around 2 hours and my $2200 is now $6500 after a major run of cards, I was pretty much hitting everydraw i chased too.

pay attention also to the part about that unreplaceable bankroll being all for the same limit. I make a practice of moving down to win it back if I lose enough to put a bad taste in my mouth. I can take a kick in the stomach, but I don't like to risk two in a row. I have no problem spending weeks at a limit I'm supposed to have graduated from. Winning makes you feel better.

Read it again carefully. You can take three separate shots of 25 big bets each.

Taking shots is great. Do it when you're running well, playing well, and confident. This is something I don't believe someone has mentioned. I moved up to the party 15 by taking 2 $500 shots with my 3k bankroll. First one I lost quickly, second one started me on an 8ish K rush.

However I wouldn't take a similar shot now, I haven't been running well/playing well. I'm starting to win again, but I'll have to play for a while longer before I take my next shot (party 30 or wynn/mirage 40).

I just wanted to stress the importance of not letting the larger bet sizes adversely affect your play. That is, mentally prepare yourself to detach the real dollar values from the chips, and view a big bet as simply a big bet.

I'm a 3-6 player who takes periodic shots at the 15-30, I still think its crazy that 3BB is $90 as opposed to $18. But hey, you still have to raise and reraise at the right times regardless of the $$$.

Well he almost trippled his $2200, so logically he should move up to $60-90

Good luck! Hope you know where the cash advance machine is.

One big test: Can you call down with a small pair on a flop
like Qxx? Other players may become aware you're on short money and try to push you around.
