It just seems it doesn't take much for him to convince you that he's got you beat. This is not a level I'm used to, so maybe that's the correct line. I think 25 might be messing with me because I always see something like TT-JJ in these spots, which is most probably not what villain holds here [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

Villain could well have 99-QQ. If we reraise then villain might be able to get away from those hands, and thus not be able to bluff off his money on turn and river with hardly any outs.

Reraising flop is great if villain will call with 99-QQ (and hands that beat you and flush draws). If villain will only call a reraise with a set, then its a yucky play.

That's true, it's great when we can get him to bluff with the worst hand - except of course if we're going to fold to his bluff. Then it's pretty sucky...

The river bet is not a bluff - I've just called his flop raise and turn bet. He has to put me on something (something that could easily be a flush draw). He is clearly not afraid of the flush - so he either has it himself or has a full house and hopes I have a flush.
