He checked the river in hand 1. Unless you are implying that the bettor/caller cannot have anything other than a pair, in which case you want him to bet to fold a better hand, which would be absurd since no pair is folding and his opponent will have overcards a good portion of the time.

If he has any pair other than 22, or matched any card on board its his. but he doesnt, he has A10 for 777(A10)

hand 1 i don't have a problem with the raise.
hand 2 i can just imagine him beginning to 3bet you on the turn with nothing...which is good or bad depending on your patience. or he'll curl into a ball and your night of calling down confidently with k high is over. not sure if this is what you want.

good point...hadnt hought about it like that. You really believe a player that bad is capable of thinking "I'll start 3 betting him on the end since he showed me only 2nd pair, and would of had to fold to my 3 bet"
dont know....I just know I cant imagine making this play again, atleast on purpose with the positive result.
