Hmm, you should 3-bet sometimes and check raise the turn sometimes, there is no right play. If you bet the flop, get raised and you think you have the best hand you should CR the turn 60 % of the times according to HEFAP. I don't think your hand is good enough for the checkraise against a TAG though so I'd just 3-bet, bet the turn and call down a raise. If he caps the flop I'd check call to the river.
