Nut straight draw & a flush draw. All in bet. You're >50% to hit one of the two. The only "bad" out you have is the spade 3 (pairs the board possible quads or full house). You might be facing a better flush draw/backdoor draw.

Looks like an easy call to me.

its close, however I dont like the min raise on the flop... You need to be raising to 4 or 5, you really wanna buy it there. In this can he is shoving now matter what, but then you can much easier justify a call and it would be right.

My only concern would by that he is pushing a higher flush draw so that half my outs are dead.

[/ QUOTE ]
That would be bad, but it wouldn't be the end of the world because you would have pairing outs. Also, many people would not play a higher flush draw as aggressively, particularly if it is not the nut flush draw.

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah but he's only 40 % to win on the flop against a set.

But you don't know for sure he has a set. Given the action, I would suspect a set 50%-60% of the time AND you are getting proper pot odds EVEN IF you know he has a set. When you factor in the possibility that the other guy has a lesser hand, it is a definite call.

You're 2.1:1 to complete and you're geeting the odds, so it's a marginal call. The only thing that makes me hestitate is thinking about what would set villian all-in. If you could put him on a set, then you'd be an under dog, but it's always tough to make those reads.
