I admitted to it.
I spent time realizing why I wanted to play.
I stopped going to places where I could gamble.

Once I understood my reasons for gambling and where the gambling habit stemmed from, I realized that I did not need to think like that anymore. It only took me 5 or 6 years to break the habit [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
