You may understand poker, but you are clueless about the realm of computer science. Stick to poker. The access db was never meant for large scale databases. The reason microsoft made SQL Server was for this very reason. MySql is an opensource database which is very efficient in handling large databases whereas ms access is not.

I was once a CS major... although I soon realized while I could do the work, I didn't want to do it for the rest of my life. So I'm not talking completely out my ass [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I still stick by for most people it's not the software that's holding them down, it's their hardware.
