Re: An easy call?
The best edge I could have is suckering these guys into betting all in while they're drawing dead. What little lead I still have against the field is shoddy compared to the ev+ I get when I play over time.

Re: An easy call?
[ QUOTE ]
If I lose half of what I bought on the first hand, with a decreasingly marginal lead, I'll spend the rest of the night trying to break even, instead of capitalizing on their generally mediocre play. [/ QUOTE ] getting 5-to-1 on a 1-to-1 shot is not a marginal edge... |

Re: An easy call?
A case can be made for folding if you absolutely know that one otehr person has aces too.

Re: An easy call?
If you are saying you have limited buyins and will play weaker if you lose this hand, you are changing the scenario from the typical cash game. This does make it resemble tournament play imho. If you are saying this has nothing to do with helmuth folding 60-40, why are you thinking of folding an edge in a cash game?
