Default Re: Flush draw + Pair = All in??

When I see a big reraise all-in like that I usually think one of two things.. either a set or an less likely an overpair (overpair extremely unlikely here, as it wasnt even raised preflop) or it's someone pushing with a nut draw who would just like to pick it up there, but knows they have outs if they get called.

Since you don't have the nut flush draw... I get concerned here, especially since you don't have top pair. The big danger is someone has the ace high flush draw and therefore you are essentially drawing dead or extremely thin. This may not always be the case of course, but it's a concern of mine and just another little reason why hands like K-rag/Q-rag suited are dangerous.

You bet the pot, and got 2 people all-in before it's even back to you. Without a nut draw, I fold here.

UTG had A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and UTG+1 had Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. The turn and river didn't help me and UTG+1 took it down.
