Is there a better line?

Re: QQ hand meets a paired flop
Read-dependent, the only other line I imagine would be folding to the turn raise.
The waiting until the turn to raise on this board definitely smells of something that has you beaten like a drum. I probalby play it the same way though, because I think I have a big 2BB/hand lead of calling down turn raises and rivers when I'm fairly sure I'm beat. [ QUOTE ] Is there a better line? Re: QQ hand meets a paired flop
Fold the turn, pot is not that big if you have read on him.
Fold the river umimproved. If no read and no PT data. I sometimes (< 50%) call down and pay for the read, to find out if he cold call PF with a 7 or AJ or just 2 cards. |

Re: QQ hand meets a paired flop
I put villain on AJ to call your preflop bet.
Folding is pretty tough though. I'm thinking he'd raise the flop with an Ace. I think I'd play it the same way, calling it down. |

Re: QQ hand meets a paired flop
Fold to the turn raise. Small pot. He flopped trips or has the A and was looking to keep UTG around on thr flop by slowplaying.

Re: QQ hand meets a paired flop
Pretty easy fold on the turn. The pot is small, villian has a 7, and its going to cost another 2BBs to see it.
