DO you play NL or Limit?
NL is definitely ulcer material, which is why I prefer it..lol
Just play limit--it shouldn't make you nervous--it's a very mechanical game, and it shouldn't cause much emotional involvement.
If you've been playing LOTS of NL--it could be that your nerves are getting frayed--mine get that way sometimes when I play too much. [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

After reading your post, I realised that I'm very similar. I played 25k hands at .5/1, 55k hands at .25/.50 NL, and have only jumped up to .5/1 NL recently for about 20k hands or so despite having the bankroll for higher games.

I took the plunge last night and jumped up to 2/4 NL. I can honestly say the opponents here aren't any different than the ones I've seen at .5/1 NL or 1/2 NL.
