Get it all in and don't look back.
You can't count of peoples' rationality enough at this level to lay this down. If you lose, no big deal, you can even post on the forums about it |

You must push at this level IMO. [/ QUOTE ] Ditto. Would you guys push vs a 20%VPIP/5%PFR player though? |

unless you have a REALLY good read, or are playing with money that you cant afford to lose (then you shouldnt be playing)...this is an EASY push. This is PARTY....he might have AA...he might have QQ,JJ,AK,TT,AQ...55..who knows.

thats what i would think, yes. if i am put in this situation 20 times, i really really doubt he has AA 10 of them. thats why i think it is a poor fold.

i see this play all the time with hands as bad as Axo or KTo even at the 50nl level.

Stop fearing the KK v. AA gremlin; on the 25/50 games people push with all sorts of crap (primarily dominated blackjack type hands that you will extract profit from); case in point 50/6max last week I'm all in with KK and get called by AA, A6s, and QT, and spike a K on the turn to stack three guys. Lucky suckout, but my point is you'll be compensated adequately by pushing w/KK to pay for all the times a tighty beats you with AA.
I don't give a rats ass if a guy has a VPIP of 5 and/or PT says in 20,000 hands he's never shown anything but AA. PUSH. Reconsider only if stacks are deep (100bb+). |

the min reraise is fine(very strong preflop hands{KK,AA} can be played profitably in a number of ways-- trade offs are made. the 20$ reraise in this multi-way pot smells strongly of aces. the wonderful thing about these small NL games is that opportunities for big overlay abound. Find a better spot.

Would you guys push vs a 20%VPIP/5%PFR player though? [/ QUOTE ] No friggin way. If he raises with the top 5% I think that the worst hand he could have here is QQ and that's a long shot. I think it is more likely that a player that plays in this manner has KK or AA. AA is more likely than KK&QQ combined IMHO. I would love to hear other players opinions on this. silly |

Thanks for all the replies, point taken
I pushed a couple KK preflop last night in raising wars, and people flipped over the craziest hands .. I think A5s was the most hilarious. |
