"Do you know AT ALL what they look like? I would be a little skeptical until I saw some sample or something..."

Would you? For that kinda price it'd be worth the gamble to me.

Maryfield48...that is what you would get if it was you? I only ask cuz this seems like one hell of a deal and I'd like to capitalize on it by getting a pretty versatile set that can be used for our tourneys and for some regular old cash games. Definately do not need 1's and some big ones would be nice.

I have 675 chips,

250 $5
200 $25
150 $100
50 $500
25 $1000

Where I live it takes $62 to buy US$1, so my regular weekly dealer's choice game starts with a $2,000 buy-in. I have no need for any chip less than $5.

So my breakdown comes pretty close to the 4-3-2-1, with just a little tweaking. I might take fewer $5s if I were doing it again, but not by much.

If you can get others in on the deal, I'm in for sure.

This definitely smells, though. I'd have to see pictures and get some kind of verification that this isn't some scam first.

Nope sorry, can't get anyone else in on this deal. A friend in vegas works with the casinos refurbishing etc...and he's just hooking us up. Sorry.

Nothing fishy either, just chips from a Vegas casino that they are no longer using.
