Default Re: is poker fading?

While the poker light cannot continue to burn so bright, I do believe that poker is still hot. I say this because I was at Foxwoods on Saturday, and the wait to get on a cash-game table was hours (I spent my time in the satellite area, anyway). That said, I think some home games are burning out because the "fad" players are indeed getting sick of the game. Only after the initial smoke from the poker boom clears will we see who truly loves the game, as opposed to those who thought it was cool to drink some beers and play with your friends when nothing was going on.
