Wow. Thanks for the support.

Now, in my defense, as you can clearly see from my "stranger" title, I am new to this forum. However, that does not make me an idiot. So how about, instead of being a dick and "climbing up on your high horse" as nutz so eloquently put it, patronize me a little, and gently tell me bad beats do not belong on this forum?

That being said, I apologize for the out-of-context post.

if you want to ask a question, ask a question. if you want sympathy for a bad beat, go somewhere else. its no offense, but we have all had a million bad beats. in fact there is a post just like this one going in one of the other forums right now same odds.

The other thing is that your posts should be in the small stakes.

But the point is that if you are playing against typical bad players you could be in for quite a ride against AX's of your suit. You are drawing dominated. Or having kicker problems with your king. Imagine any number of the flops: KXX, 8XX, two-spades. You aren't really making money on any of these hands unless your opponents are absolutely terrible or if you can read their minds. And unless you are only getting your money in on an all spade flop with the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on board, you are going to be putting money in while behind. And here you only got in ahead because your opponent was in the small blind...

No, that's not at all why it's weak. If you can see a flop in MP with K8s in THAT game, do it all day long.
