Um... no. Folding is one. And I think it's the best one.

Are calling and raising the only options preflop?

Based on my read of MP3 it still doesn't turn this into a call?

it depends on whether the rest of the table calls a lot of raises... but just think about it, i'd fold 77 at least 70% of the times UTG, now how much should I like my 77 after an EP raise? very very little.

I think you read the table perfectly and built up a big enough pot to make calling with 77 against those players, in that situation, a long-term profitable move.
88% of the time, you won't flop a set and muck losing $30 = $26.40
I'll say 16.7% of the 12% of the time you flop a set, you still lose, so 2% of the time you'll go to the river and lose $4.20 for a total loss of $30.60.
there was 23BB after the river betting & 7 of them were yours, so your net profit is 16 when you win.
16*$30 = $480*.10 = $48
So, you'll net $17.40 or $1740.00 long term. Give or take some, depending on how often you do flop a set and still lose, along with those times the pot doesn't get big enough and happen to be one of 10% of the times you do win.
Here, however, you had plenty of room to spare.

if it were me i think i sometimes 3 bet preflop it really depends on the the preflop raiser. on the flop i'm pretty sure i would reraise. i think the turn is played well. but as for the river you would really have to put you opponent on exactly 3 hands for you to only call. i think i would lose one more bet.
