Takedown
I won the Stars $10+1 tonight. 1732 entrants. Won $2600+ after 4-way deal with $400 going to winner. My biggest win to date, money-wise and by far field-wise!
Peace.

Re: Tough Laydown......at least I think it was
I'd fold. I'm worried here that you'll be up against a pocket pair and the other guy will have one of your outs and add that to the possibility that you're up against KK or AA. Your stacks getting...

I tried to act weak, but did it work too well?
Stars $10+1 MTT. Blinds are 300/600 with an ante. I'm a little above average with just under T16,000. Villain has about T11,500 and is new to the table.
Villain is in CO and open raises to...

Unless, of course, you are able let go of the hand pre-flop. If you re-raise and you are re-raised all-in, I'm sure that some people would be able to let of KK, but it's a tough call.

Re: KK on the Button - What\'s the Play?
I think you trapped him well by not raising pre-flop. On the flop, I'd min-raise to 8K. It's called the "I think you have sh*t raise". This kind of raise makes people do strange things and gives...

Limp, limp, raise, then I muck AK.
Stars $11. Blinds are 25/50. UTG calls 50, 2 folds, another player calls 50, 1 fold, CO (T2790) raises to 285. Button folds. I have T4710 and muck AKo from SB.
I felt I wouldn't be able to...

This is when you apply the squeeze play.
Stars $11. Blinds are 100/200/25. EP has 6600, EP+1 has 5000. Hero on button with 3700. Blinds will be 200/400 in 8 minutes.
EP has been open raising really light, about 2 or 3 times per...

Re: Joe Hachem hand from Main Event
DE threw us all off when he said Hachem seemed like a strong player. I'm not saying he isn't, but saying he is and then posting the hand and having us guess his cards is misleading.

You're gonna have to post the results to this one at some point. My prediction is that he had a 5 in his hand, you were ahead until the river, and you won't be going back to McDonalds for awhile.
