Re: For the Poker Room.... BEER
Tip, the line needs to always go UP out of the keg. You will get bubbles trapped int he line otherwise. Then when you push it out you get BEER->FOAM_EJECTA->FOAMY_BEER.

Re: Home game hand quiz. What did he have?

Re: First time playing live nl at a casino
Alas, it is indeed bad beat.
I "quickly called" too and he had A9. Flop was ??? Actually, this is the sad part, I was so hyped up and tunneled in on looking for an ace to fall, I have no idea...

First time playing live nl at a casino
This happened a few weeks ago, been meaning to post it here.
I played 2-5nl live at a casino last night for the first time. I consider myself a good NL tourney player but I don't play many ring...

Re: Crazy man on Party 100
I was playing a game at the same time and not paying enough attention. If I had seen him do something similar before I might have called. I was playing to trap with a huge hand mostly. I was...

Crazy man on Party 100
I was playing the party $100 last night and admittedly not giving it my full attention. This one guy had almost 200 when I sat down and I just about doubled thru him with a set. The very next hand...

Re: What Kind Of Chips Are Most Used In Casinos?
As a guess they are 90% paulson, 10% chipco.
I played at the orleans, sahara, pamls and plaza. Only palms was chipco.
I think chipco might be gaining some ground tho because of the graphics. ...

Re: Type of chips to buy?
They are just considered cheap for the most part. Most people don't like the coin sound.

Re: Type of chips to buy?
Weight is a factor. Casino chips are around 10g so shoot for that. Metal inserts (read all 11.5g chips) are considered kinda lame around here but might make you a hero somewhere else. Make sure to...
