Eurobet - can\'t log in with old account?

Is anyone else having a problem logging into the new Eurobet software using their old account? I can log on to the website and access my account info without any problems, but not into the software....

My experience there was great. If the dealer knows you can't speak French he will translate everything for you and address you in English. Just dress normally and you'll definitely have a good time...
