Default 5/10 - poorly timed/misplayed semibluff?

5/10 8-handed online. No real reads on villains yet, but the table generally seems pretty fishy. Hero should have a solid/straighforward image (pretty much shown down quality hands so far).

BB is shorstacked at about $400, MP has about $650, Hero covers.

MP (villain 1) opens for $30, one caller, Hero calls on Button with T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], BB completes.

Flop: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (~$125)

BB checks, MP Villain 1 makes it $40, Hero calls, BB Villain 2 check-raises to $140. Mp thinks and calls, Hero calls.

Turn: A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (pot ~$545)

Both villains quickly check, Hero pushes all-in...???

The way MP Villain 1 played this hand, I was worried he had a higher flsuh draw, something like KQ[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. To save myself from an annoying river, I overbet the turn to isolate with BB last $200, hoping that MP would fold his (draw?).

Did I misplay all streets? Should I raise the flop?

just move in on the flop when it comes back around, they are both so short.
