Re: KK

Yes, I think so. If I have KK and an opponent pushs there I do not put them on a set, barring a read. This board has a straight draw so If I'm KK I think villain pushes with TJ more often than a...

Re: Poll: 76 in BB

What are the odds of flopping a good hand with 76o? Also what constitutes a good flop? Naturally any straight or boat would be good, but how is 67X, 45X, 89X (X here being a likely card to hit your...

Re: bottom set on dangerous flop

I don't play the Party 1000 so you must be cautious with my posts, but I have this weird feeling that villain is raising you with TJ. I just don't see a flush draw making that kind of a move, unless...

Re: Poll: 55 on the button

Am I correct to assume that if you fold an unraised pot in the big blind it is not -EV?

Gotcha, I just assumed that if you were assured profit when you call then it can only be -EV if you don't call. You're right, It's good to know correct terminology.

Re: Poll: 55 on the button

And doesn't relativity play any role? If I have the stone cold nuts on the river and fold to an opponent bet, it's -EV, right?

Re: Could I please get comments on two hands...

I'm a little bit curious that if you were "certain" that your opponent held AA or KK why you re-raised him on the river (or even called that river re-raise). Did you lose sight of your initial read,...
