I tend to calculate odds quite quickly usually rounding off. For example, If I have suited cards and 2 of those cards hit on the flop, then the odds of me getting my flush by the river is 2:1...

1. just call. you could have to put in 25% or more of your stack if you want to steal the blinds, so just call and hope to flop a set or establish their relative strength post flop and go from there....
