Fold the river. You're clearly beaten.

Are you guys serious or just being sarcastic?

I would say call the bet on the river. The number of times your Quads are beaten by an opponents str8 or royal flush are minimal. He could just be overplaying a flush.

Posting this as a question was a joke Here's the full hand:

Absolute Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 max, 7 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, SB calls, BB folds.

Turn: (4 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB caps</font>.

River: (14 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>.

Final Pot: 24 BB

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
SB has Ac Jc (straight flush, ace high).
Hero has Qs Qd (four of a kind, queens).
Outcome: SB wins 24 BB. </font>
