Re: Great HU hand for discussion
[ QUOTE ]
I think if you make your flush, it has a good chance of holding up.

He could also have a hand like K 8 or 2 pair so I called. A lot of players bet the flop here with a 4 flush. Correct?

Then why did you fold the river?

95s SB
I haven't been at the table long so no reads. I don't like this hand at all.

Re: 56o in the BB. I call a raise.
[ QUOTE ]
I don't like the call. Even if you were the SB and there wasn't a raise, this is not a profitable call to make until you have at least 5 limpers. Pretty easy fold.
As for T9o vs 65o......

Re: 56o in the BB. I call a raise.
Yeah I remember that hand well. On the flop I had an overpair, so I bet out, 1 caller, you raised. I thought you might have a 6 but what I was most concerned about was the caller. The pot was...

Re: 56o in the BB. I call a raise.
I've made an interesting discovery while screwing around with pokerstove. Given some reasonable assumptions, 56o is a better hand (or at least has more equity) than 9To. Here's the stats vs. 4 random...

Re: 56o in the BB. I call a raise.
Point taken. As far as relative ability goes: MP2 cold called with 67o, button raised the turn having JTo. /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Re: AA butchered (I think)
Is this because we might expect him to wait for the turn to raise me with a T? I think going by his numbers alone he's playing at least T8..AT here so it's quite probable for him to have a T,...

AA butchered (I think)
I feel I misplayed this one. Villain is 50/2 and quite passive.
