I have large hands and could easily be comfortable with poker size cards, but with so many people likely to be handling them I opt for the bridge size.

I like rebuys in the begining, because you want two things to happen:
1) Someone who traveled far should not have to wait 3 hrs for another game to start.. or leave right away if they bust out...
