Default Massachusetts LAW concerning home games ?

Anyone know what the law is concerning this? I heard that in MA it's legal to host a poker game as long as you dont rake because its technically a game of skill. I found some legal documents out there but am incapable of deciphering them.

It might be best to give your local cops/DA a call about it.
