Re: Empire Royal Flush Club Questions
I received a phone call from Empire that said they were "checking in" with all their Royal Flush members. It was just a voicemail so don't know exactly what they were doing, but I found it funny.

Re: Sucker II
There is a lot I don't know about a lot of things. If asking questions when I don't understand something makes me a sucker, at least I'm a tootsie-pop with a delicious center.

This sounds like interesting stuff, but I have no clue what most of those terms mean. Can you elaborate?

Re: Baccarat
I don't want to speak for cardcounter0, but he may be reffering to progressive jackpots that are sometimes attached to these games that can get large enough to eliminate the EV.

Re: Right or Wrong Way - Craps?
Craps is a lot more fun if the table is rocking and you are rocking with it. The difference in HA is so insignificnat that it just isn't really worth it to be the "bad guy" at the table. Even...

Re: House advantage on Place Bets
I haven't looked into Scoblete's. Is it online somewhere?
I usually stear clear of place bets altogether because (assuming it is a good table that allows at least 10x odds), you can do much better...

House advantage on Place Bets
I thought I would look them up and provide them instead of just saying they were bad:
6 or 8: 1.52% HA
5 or 9: 4.09% HA
4 or 10: 6.67% HA

Re: AKs in BB.
Ok, here's my reasoning during the hand.
I can see the 3-bet preflop but was trying to disguise my hand a bit to get more action post-flop as lately in the 5/10 my big hands have had no action.

AKs in BB.
UTG is a solid TAG (15 11), but not particularly tricky from what I've seen (which is only about 200 hands though). UTG+1, not much a read but seems fishy.

Re: Empire VIP freerolls
There are two types of VIP freeroll: The WSOP seat and the 10k. I believe the 10k has a normal payout structure for MTT while the WSOP is winner takes it all. Usually around 200-250 people.
