Chesterfield Club Chips from Rounders

I am just trying to work up a replica for the Chesterfield Club chips from rounders, and I have had good success getting the design copied, but I can't seem to find the right font. I have tried...

Re: It\'s like a different Game

Read SSHE by Sklansky/Miller. It has great advice for just these such "no fold 'em games". In a nutshell, play only your strongest starting hands, and be very wary of position. When you do have...

Re: Chip Label Feedback

Unfortunately, I am not going to make up a different label for each chip. My dream set would definitely be that, undoubtedly with an irish/celtic theme. I would definitely need some help with the...

Chip Label Feedback

My nexgens are on the way, which means its time for me to finally get my chip label design together. I have been working on this label for about a month (on and off) now. It has changed quite a bit...

Re: Looking to get rid of 500 dice chips...make an offer

Yeah, I am looking to upgrade to 1k chips, and I want faux dice too...and to avoid a split set I am getting rid of the dice chips.

THese are the common type you find on ebay, with the white dice...

Looking to get rid of 500 dice chips...make an offer

I am looking to get rid of my 500 set of my slightly used dice chips. I would say they have been used about 6 times. I don't have any specific price in mind, make an offer and we can work something...

Re: Getting \"Free\" Chips

Yeah I got a free set doing this and it worked great. Deposited 50 bucks, played the raked hands on low limit tables, withdrew like 125. Nothing like geting payed to get something "free".

Re: Almost embarrasing question....

They are indeed a type of plastic. I would try something like Fantastik or possibly some of the stuff made to clean outdoor plastic furniture. Soap and water might work just as well though, I would...

Re: custom home clay set with photos desired

When is the wedding? If its like 3 months from now pokerchips.com is your best option. They have the best prices for something like that, but the order is going to take awhile to complete.

The...

Re: Beating Novice/Bad players

Yes, I would agree with the above. Just figure that against most novice/weak players you will win with tight, aggressive play. However you should be aware that you will probably take more bad beats...

Re: Betting Strategy

Ah, well late in the game is a different story. No, it is not wrong to play more hands later in the game when there are less players. However, this is the time too where you are going to need to...

Re: Betting Strategy

1)This situation seems easy to me. You are playing totally within the rules, and playing a solid strategy. If they can't handle it, its their problem. It might be for "fun", but the point is also...

Re: More Help ;P

About your handselection, I would say take suited connectors out of the picture early in the game, unless you are on the BB vs. no raise, and MAYBE comlete the SB vs. no raise. Early on I would say...

Re: how many chip colors/values needed?

In my opinion, haveing more than 5 colors is overkill. Unless you really have a lot of extra money to spend, there is absolutely no reason to get over 5. And really, the cahnces that you would...

Re: Blinds questions

I personally would have asked the person who was previously the small blind stay one more hand to deal. This way he deals, previous BB would be the SB (even though he is out), and then previous UTG...

Re: My Chip Decal Design
