I think you need to fold this preflop. The raise on the flop might be ok since he could be continuation betting with anything, but when he 3-bets you know you are probably beat.

Did I play this weak passive? On the flop I just called hoping for button to call, planning to raise on the turn if it wasn't a heart. Is my thought process way off here?
