I know that the strategies/concepts/examples given in this book are for LHE, but are they also applicable to NL?

Just starting to play NL holdem, and am curious as to what others have to say regarding the following situation...

- Assumptions:
- 25NL or lower
- Big stacks (~100BB) at the table....

Table is loose/passive. UTG2 has been steadily losing chips for the past 80 hands or so and seems to be on tilt from chat dialog in previous hands he's recently lost.

Flop: I don't understand the raise. CO must have caught a piece of the flop. I don't see it being a value raise since you only have ace high and you don't have a hand to protect. ...
