3/6 1010, unsure on all streets
I've only been at table a few orbits but I've been getting good hands, and I think the table might believe me to be a maniac. Read on villain is decent and capable of check/raising. I opted not to...

Re: 30/60 river action?
I have trouble putting villain on a flush unless he's got J10 of clubs. Does he really cap the turn HU with just a lone pair and flush draw (KJs, QJs, etc.)? I want to put villain on a lower set or...

Re: Live Game Situation - How do I adjust?
Maybe a stupid question (haven't spent a ton of time playing live) but if you can straddle from any position and there's no re-straddles what do they do if two people try and straddle the same hand? ...

Re: 25/50 AK hand
Does villain's line seem extremely odd to anyone else? Because he played the hand so passively on the flop and turn I have a ton of trouble putting him on a big pair, AQ or a set...maybe A10 or KJ,...

Re: Am I spewing?
If he's as smart as you're giving him credit for this probably isn't a bad play (hopefully he remembers that AQ you mucked). I'd like it better if you had any type of read suggesting that during...

Re: party 200k anyone?
I'm out on another of my series of crappy plays of the evening. The circuit before this hand I was in the SB with JJ, villain limped in MP, I made it 4xBB, he called, flop was A high I bet half-pot...

Re: party 200k anyone?
2nd break, 11K, still at 16. Not playing that great as a large number of my chips came from KQ sucking a third K on the turn against AJ after a AKx flop and AQ sucking out over a semi-shorties AK...

Re: My last hand of Paradise 100k - final table
There's a decent chance you're dominated here but...considering his wide range, your short stack (in relation to blinds and the rest of the table) Q high, sooted even, I call this just about every...

Re: Did I *go on tilt* -Newbie poster
Hand 1: I'm not a huge fan of pushing AJs into an EP raiser who also happens to be one of the two people at the table capable of busting you. You did have a read on him as A-rag that turned out to...

Re: interesting hand from £100 live freezeout
If your read is that the 2 limpers can be pushed around and that the blinds are tight I think I'd rather push this preflop with only 11.5 BBs. The way it played out you put almost 1/2 your stack in...

Re: AJo in a live tourny
I don't like the raise UTG with AJ off, but now that you're in this position what could he have? Tough to put him on something with no reads whatsoever. He could be a tricky player who slowplayed a...

Re: First Break
20K at second break. It was 10K until someone tried to steal my BB from the SB and pushed over the top of my reraise. I had KK, he had A4 off.

Re: Weird hand
I don't have the numbers handy but even giving the button a pretty wide range I can't imagine that hero is better than 45-50% against him, nevermind the EP raiser. I'm hesitant because if soss is...

Re: UB20k - How bad did I play this AK?
I think I probably do fold preflop to the reraise, unless you have a solid read that you're being pushed around. He's reraising you a quarter of your stack (and close to 1/4 of his) after you...

Re: flopped set early....
It is a bad beat post. As far as the question goes, no there is no way to fold a set on a non-dangerous board basically ever, but especially in a low buyin shallow stacked online tourney

Re: Super Thursday anyone?
about as good as the first hour could have gone, doubled up on flopped set of Qs vs a flush draw, took out two shorties with AA, stole a small pot here and there and 3680 at the first break. See if...

Re: ** Stars \'45k\' ** (LL)
It's nitpicky but I raise to at least a full 3xBB preflop. I'm not a huge fan of the flat call on the flop, unless you're setting up a turn bet that you think the SB is capable of folding to. ...
