one other thought/clarification
i think the assumption is that your hand is > 0 not >=0
so hand sizes can be arbitrarily close to 0 or 1 but are never actually equal to 0 or 1

the way i read it there are only 2 hands that fit the post flop betting... 7-10o or 2 overcards in clubs (obviously he semi-bluffed with the QJc)... the 7-10o seems like it would be VERY unlikely...
