I would fold, your draw is very weak and the jack of hearts sometimes (although rarely) won't be an out.

What do you put UTG+1 on when he bets 1/3 pot on a draw happy board into three opponents?

I really have no idea, this just isn't the time to mess around, as you have basically no hand.

I'd call this and check/fold the turn if you don't improve.

There is no reason to call this. Don't screw around out of position with weak draws in tiny pots.

This is a raise to 80 or a fold. Calling is not an option.

I would just get rid of it and move onto the next hand. I wouldn't waste raising to 80 (10% of your stack) on a very weak draw that may not even draw to the best hand. Since he limped, he might have a hand like J10 or QJ or a couple of garbage hearts.

Honestly, I didn't even notice I had a draw. I noticed a weak bet on a draw heavy board multiway.
