Live Action Poker Magazine where are you?

I ordered 12 Monthly Issues and received my 1'st issue on May 16'th or so. Naturaly I thought by the beginning of July I would have read issue #2 but I can't read what I do not have. I check their home page from time to time just to see issue #1 staring back at me. The Moneymaker cover seeming to say you fool Card Player is a superior magazine and you could have gotton a subscription for the same price had you waited a few days (card player was $129 or so a year but recently dropped 60% off of that price)

The big question; Should I ask for a refund from Live Action and get the other magazine?

The other question; what are your thoughts and or feelings on the new Live Action Poker magazine?
