Too aggressive on this hand?

Party 20+2. 5 Players left. 100/200. I am a medium stack (1100) in the SB w AQs. Everyone folds to me. The BB has slightly less chips than I do. I go all in. He calls w/KK. I bust out. Any thoughts on this one?
