Default Taking a Screenshot

Sorry for the simple question.

How do you take a screenshot in Windows XP? Thanks for your assistance.

Hit the print screen button on your keyboard. Then open up paint and paste the image there.

If you press Alt + PrtScr it will take a screenshot only of the current window
You probably do not want to sent a full picture of your desktop to Pary Support.

PrtScn copies an image of your entire desktop to the clipboard. Alt+PrtScn copies only the active window/dialog's image. For example, if you only want one table's image, click the table's window once to give it focus and then hit Alt+PrtScn. It is now stored on the Windows clipboard and can be pasted into another application (i.e., MS Paint) by using Ctrl+V.
