Default Empire Freerolls

Forgive me if there is already a post on this, but I didn't see one yet...

Looks like they have the tourneys set. Only 569 in the $2000 and 528 in the $3000. They are only paying 24% to the winner and paying out to 60 places. So if half the people show up it should be pretty easy (but not much) money.

I agree and I qualified for the 2k one, not the 3K. Originally, I was a little disapointed about that, but I'm a little more optimistic that less will show percentage wise for the 2K event than the 3K one, but who knows.

i would think that fewer players will show up at the $2k freeroll.

i was very interested that about the same number of players qulified for each freeroll. and that both were around the 500's....i didn't know if each would eclipse 1000....or be less than 250 or what.

i think that half of them showing up is probably about right. maybe a little bit less.

i agree that one should have a pretty decent shot of reaching the money....and won't be getting THAT much for making it there.

in the $3k freeroll 60th place gets $12
30th place gets $19.50
10th place gets $30
8th place gets $60
1 though 3 get 720, 450 and 270 each.

i expect a lot of players to drop out after reaching the top 60 since the pay-out for the next 30-40 places isn't much higher.

I also can't find the list of who's in. I don't see the tournaments in the tourney lobby, either. I played 317 hands on Monday. There's no way that fewer than 200 of them were raked, so I should be in.

I've never been in a MTT before - how do I go about checking if I'm registered and what do I need to do to actually get in and get a seat when it starts?

Ahh yes... I wasn't seeing them because I had the "Show Registering" box checked and they're of course not registering anymore. Thanks for the help.

Now I'm just pissed because I'm not on the list. How could I not have 200 raked hands out of 317 played on Monday?

On one hand, I'm a bit peeved that I'm not in the tournament. On the other hand, if I can play and have less than 63% of my hands get raked, then I guess that's good? Otherwise, it just means I'm playing a lot of small pots. I did play some shorthanded and took down quite a few before the flop, but not 37% of the hands.
