Default Bonus WR

I am a bit confused as to why I still cannot transfer my bonus credits to my real account at Captain Cooks.

This morning I logged in and it said I had 489 Outstanding WR. So I played 500 hands at 1 credit.

After playing 500 hands It shows I still have over 200 Outstanding WR. How is this possible?

It takes a little while to update (within 1 hr), did you wait long enough?

I've waited over 4 hours.

Also, last night I played 6000 hands which should have met the Outstanding WR for my $309 bonus. But it said I had 489 left.

I've now played 6500 hands. How is it possible that I have not met the requirements?

Support just emailed me saying they checked my bonus account and I need to wager 34 more. My bonus is already down to only 69

I think you don't get 100% credit for wagering at BJ.

Yes, you have to wager twice as much for blackjack.

Isnt it 20 x Bonus Amount for BJ?

I made 5 deposits of 20, got 50 bonus each time. Plus a 9 bonus for a new account. Total Bonus = 309.

309 x 20 = 6180

I played 6500 hands and that doesnt even include all the doubling and splitting!

Something isnt adding up here.

Bonus WR? Bad move. I prefer to play a RB at the Bonus RB/WR position.

Go Titans!!

I just checked on my bonus and it says I still need like 500 hands even though I am pretty sure I met the hand requirements.

On the bonus site it lists the hands you need based on 10x playthrough and you really need 20x, so you have to double it.
