Default Lucky Nugget Cashout

After a million and one problems with trying to deal with LN support to cashout my remaining funds, I finally noticed today that my balance shows $0. I then clicked on reversible transactions and nothing was there! Should I be concerned?

I heard that all withdrawls are held for 24 hours and should show up there? The funds have not hit my neteller account yet either.

Any advice?

I cashed out from Lucky Nugget a few days ago and found the cash out procedure weird. I cashed out and then there is the 24 hour 'reversible period' and then they begin to process your request. When I cashed out my balance immediately went to zero. The transaction showed in the reversible withdrawals section for the next 24 hours. I expected an email at some point saying request received and being processed but never did. Anyway the money was deposited in my Neteller account about 72 hours after I made the cashout request. A day after that I finally got an email from LN saying the cashout was completed.

I would say no reason to be concerned until it is more than 4+ days since you made the request to cashout.

The 24 hr period seems to be the norm rather than an exception. Just figure it into your timeline. The casinos want you to continue to gamble and potentially lose your money.

Turns out that the million and one problems I had was the reason for my withdrawl not showing. Their support person said that since it a manual withdrawl had to be processed, it would not show up on cashcheck or reversible transactions.

This whole bonus whoring thing has turned in to a HUGE headache for me. But I'm willing to try it again.

Any suggestions on what site I should try next? Any easy simple site would be preferable!

Per Granny's request. I no longer have the 350 that I requested transfered in my credits and it no longer shows up as a reversable withdrawl. It hasn't shown up in my Neteller account yet, but from what everyone else has said it should hit in the next 24-48 hours.

Jaybird,

As far as what casino to hit next, Captain Cook's has a good deal but wait till next week when all wagering earned "Triple" loyalty points. They are redemable for cash and the 8000+ WR that you'll have for the 5 deposits and the 16 free dollars will almost give you 2500 loyalty points, which is good for 25 credits, or another 25 bucks.

It starts next monday, june 14. HAPPY FLAG DAY!!

Thanks for the tip Gallopin Gael.

Do I need to register anywhere for the loyalty points or are they automatically given?

Did LN have a loyalty program that I missed out on?

Thanks.

Damn it - I'm almost finished with Captain Cooks. A few hundred more hands of blackjack, and a bit of craps for cover (and to test my sure fire system - everyone's gotta have a sure fire system, right? ) No loyalty points for me - although I think you don't get any on bonus account wagering, which is where 75% of your playthrough will be.

I think that like at every other casino, you have to register for the loyalty program at Captain Cook's, there's a link on the homepage.
