Call, Raise or Fold?

NLHE tourney on Pokerstars, 180 players, 100 buyin, 1500 chips.

Down to 120 players or so, 25-50 blinds.

I'm dealt AQs on button and (1700), a little under average), raise to $300.

SB, goes all in for $650.

BB calls after long time.

All others fold.

I'm sure there is an ace out there (most likely SB) and BB probably has medium pair. Also, BB has me just covered.

Assuming that my read is correct (which, in fact it was), what is the right move.

SB had A3, BB JJ.
