Default EV in different positions

Playing limit holdem, in an 'average' (lol) game, at say the 20-40 level, what would a players EV be in each of the ten positions, before posting blinds. I assume it would be negative for both the small and big blind, then barely positive for the first few positions, then maybe fairly reasonable at the later positions. Assume a break even player. Would the following seem about right?
SB = -$5 ??? half of the sb??
BB = -$10 ??? again , half?
UG = $0.5
UG+1= $1
UG+2= $1
MP= $1.5
MP+1 = $2
MP+2 = $2
CO = $3
BU = $4

Do these seem right? Are they way off? Surely David must have an idea.
cheers
Leonardo

David asked this questin about two years ago in the Holdem General Theory forum. It got a great deal of debate and ended up with a pretty good consensus. As for finding the thread it is in the archives and may be difficult to locate but good luck.

Great question. Let's find that link. Sometimes I go to the bathroom during my UTG and UTG+1. I've often wondered what it's costing me.
