Default 66 UTG

I noticed that over the last 100,000 hands, I'm losing money with 66 UTG. Small sample, but I'm winning with 77.

This appears to be my cutoff for profitability here. UTG is 6 handed first in, not 5 handed or less.

Can anyone else confirm or refute this in the 10/20 on Party? I've been folding 66 and raising 77, was just curious about others' results.

I always raise with these hands first in.

My database is miniscule as I've played very little lately, but my default is to fold 66 and raise 77 UTG, too.

I will sometimes raise 66 if the game conditions are right.

I only have 41,400 10/20 6-max hands to go off of, but when filtered to show UTG with exactly 6-handed play, I am winning money with 55 on up. I looked more closely at the 55 hand, and I have 93.5VPIP utg (this shocked me, I did not think it was this high) but only 37.5PFR. Similarly, for 66, I have 90VPIP but 20PFR. 77 is 100VPIP and 76PFR. Though not a huge sample space by any means, here is how I have fared with 55 UTG:

-10, -10, -10, -40, -10, +103 (won with straight), +58 (pair of fives held up), -10, +63 (set of fives), -10, +18.50 (no showdown), +103 (two pairs), +15 (no show), +23 (no show), +15 (no show)

Basically, lots of -10's, a few small wins, and a few large wins. Only once in those hands did I flop a set.

Again, small sample space, so maybe I'm just running well playing 55 and 66 in this style and maybe your results would show the exact opposite.

i have about 40 of each UTG 6 handed in pokertracker - i played all the 77's and 96% of the 66's - i limped twice with 66 but never otherwise

i am fat + with both

i play 55 here 15% - 44 10% - 22 6% - 33 never - i win with all except 33 where i obviously break even

perhaps a good indication of how short term these stats are is that i lose $182 with AKs in this position...

How can you possibly lose money with 66 UTG if you are folding it?
