try using neteller. You can withdraw from PS and deposit to UB all for free. Plus you'll get a bonus if they are offering one.

If this persons Poker Stars account name is Greensmoke, I wouldn't deal with them. If you want details I will give them privately. Wasn't an expensive lesson, but a lesson was learned.
